2012 Goals and Taco Dip

34

Welcome to 2012!!!!!!!  May it be filled with peace, love, joy, lots of good food and Sweet Mornings!!!

As the New Year starts it’s time to set a few goals for the year.

Goal 1:  To bake bread of all types.  Bread, rolls, pizza dough, I want to learn to make them all!!!!  Up to this point every time I have attempted yeast bread or rolls not in a bread machine it is a DISASTER!!!!  This year I am going to change it.

Goal 2:  Meatless Mondays.  Enjoy meatless Monday’s and convince my husband that a meatless meal is yummy and good for us.  My daughter is up for the challenge so it should be fun.

Goal 3:  Breakfast!!!!! I am going to try something new for breakfast at least once a week.

I will be sharing my journey as I try to meet these goals.  I have a feeling it is going to be a messy trip J

Oh, since it is New Year’s Day we need something to munch on.  Taco dip is always a good choice, a little spicy, a little cheesy, and a little crunchy.  Throw in a little lettuce and a few tomatoes and you can convince yourself it is healthy J  The recipe has been around for a while but it is always good to revisit old favorites on a holiday.
