As the New Year
starts it’s time to set a few goals for the year.
Goal 1:To bake bread of all types.Bread, rolls, pizza dough, I want to learn to
make them all!!!! Up to this point every
time I have attempted yeast bread or rolls not in a bread machine it is a
DISASTER!!!!This year I am going to
change it.
Goal 2:Meatless Mondays.Enjoy meatless Monday’s and convince my
husband that a meatless meal is yummy and good for us.My daughter is up for the challenge so it
should be fun.
Goal 3:Breakfast!!!!! I am going to try something
new for breakfast at least once a week.
I will be
sharing my journey as I try to meet these goals.I have a feeling it is going to be a messy
trip J
Oh, since it
is New Year’s Day we need something to munch on.Taco dip is always a good choice, a little
spicy, a little cheesy, and a little crunchy.Throw in a little lettuce and a few tomatoes and you can convince yourself
it is healthy JThe recipe has been around for a while but it
is always good to revisit old favorites on a holiday.
